These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7spin.ph platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 7spin.ph ("the Company," "we," "us"). By registering an account or placing any wager on the 7spin.ph platform, you unconditionally accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing or using the 7spin.ph Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the 7spin.ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.3 Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English text shall prevail.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place any wager on the 7spin.ph Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. The Company strictly enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification.
3.2 Residency. The Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to hold a 7spin.ph Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Company or its affiliated game providers; (c) persons who have self-excluded from the Platform under the responsible gaming tools; (d) persons declared legally incompetent or under guardianship.
Age Verification: 7spin.ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds forfeited.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings derived from them.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 Account Suspension. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of applicable Philippine law.
5.1 In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), 7spin.ph is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests.
5.2 You must submit at least one (1) valid, government-issued Philippine identification document, which may include: a UMID card, driver's licence, passport, SSS/GSIS card, PhilHealth ID, or Postal ID. Identification documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.
5.3 Proof of payment method ownership may also be required — for example, a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name and mobile number — to confirm that deposits were made from a payment method owned by you.
5.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7spin.ph accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100. Individual payment channels may impose their own minimum transaction amounts.
6.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal amounts above threshold limits.
6.5 Same-Source Withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm payment method ownership.
6.6 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currency.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 7spin.ph are subject to specific bonus terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and validity periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
7.2 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30×) the bonus amount.
7.3 Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
7.4 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, and use of prohibited software — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to Account closure.
7.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn; only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
8.1 All games available on the 7spin.ph Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for digital games, and verified physical dealing procedures for live dealer games. Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated by the Company.
8.2 Each game title is subject to its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for the purposes of settling the relevant game outcome.
8.3 Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within the respective game information panels. Live casino game RTPs follow the theoretical odds of each table game variant as governed by standard casino mathematics.
8.4 In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, the Company reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the relevant wager amounts to the Player's Wallet Balance. Bets voided on these grounds do not contribute to bonus wagering requirements.

Violation of any prohibition above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral of relevant evidence to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

11.1 All content on the 7spin.ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7spin.ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 7spin.ph endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, the Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the Wallet Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.3 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
12.4 Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the money deposited into your Account and that the Company bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through lawful gameplay on the Platform.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 7spin.ph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through the Company's customer support channels.
13.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved through the support channel may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. The Company is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory authority with respect to all matters arising from its licensed online gaming operations.
13.4 The exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines applies to any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms.
14.1 7spin.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 Amendments take effect upon the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14.3 If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. Any Wallet Balance at the time of Account closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
